We offer free cancellation up to 3 days before the check-in date (by 11:59 PM local time), unless otherwise specified in the exceptions below.

📅 Low Season
• Cancellation ≥ 3 days before: full refund.
• Cancellation < 3 days before: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• No-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

🌟 High Season & Special Events

(e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Fashion Week, Salone del Mobile, Easter, international sports events, long weekends and public holidays)
• Cancellation ≥ 14 days before: full refund.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellation < 7 days before: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

❤ Serious or Unavoidable Events

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
In case of documented emergencies (e.g. medical emergencies, bereavement, natural disasters), we encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible.
At our discretion, we may:
• Offer a partial refund, or
• Allow a change of booking dates (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
