Booking Terms and Conditions

By using our short-term rental booking services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Purpose of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the short-term tourist rental of the apartment Parco sui Navigli, located in Milan, in the Naviglio Grande area, offered by PRESTIGERENTALS.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking: The reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment of the amount, as specified at the time of booking.
Payment methods: We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on our website.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Arrivals outside of this time must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Required documentation: Guests are required to provide a copy of a valid ID at check-in, in accordance with Italian public safety regulations.
Maximum number of guests: The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Pets: Not allowed unless explicitly approved at the time of booking.
Behavior: Guests must respect the neighborhood’s quiet, follow condominium rules, and behave appropriately toward the property and other residents.

4. Included Services

The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Netflix, linens, kitchen utensils, and private parking. Any malfunctions must be reported promptly so repairs can be made.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. In case of damage, the security deposit (if applicable) may be withheld or reimbursement may be requested.

6. Owner’s Responsibility

The owner commits to providing the apartment in clean and functional condition. They are not responsible for temporary service interruptions not directly caused by their actions (e.g., power outages, internet issues, extraordinary maintenance).

7. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. The data provided will be used solely for purposes related to the reservation and stay management, in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).

8. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure (e.g., emergencies, structural damage). In such cases, a full refund or, if possible, alternative accommodation will be offered.

Changes to the booking (including date changes) must be requested at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, we are committed to resolving them amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration to find quick and effective solutions.

If mediation does not resolve the issue, the competent court will be the one in the jurisdiction where the property is located.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication. It is the guest’s responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
